  96. 1.4 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  101.             390, when tested in accordance with ASTM E 84.

  414. 3.1 EXAMINATION

  420.         work of this section until unacceptable substrate
  421.         conditions have been corrected.

  423. 3.2 INSTALLATION

  425.     A.  Install siding, soffits and accessories in strict
  426.         accordance with "Rigid Vinyl Siding Application Manual."

  428.     B.  Upon completion of installation, visually inspect for
  429.         defective installation procedures or manufacturing
  430.         defects.  Replace and repair components as necessary.

  432. 3.3 CLEANING

  434.     A.  Upon completion of installation, clean siding and soffits
  435.         to remove all foreign debris and soiling.  Remove
